DRAWING
5. The drawings for the prizes will be conducted at or
about 1:00 p.m. (CST) on
Wednesday November 5, 2008, and will be supervised by
a representative of GBN, whose decision is final in all matters relating to the
drawing. Odds of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries
received. Winners will be announced promptly thereafter on GBN. Winners will
also be notified by e-mail.

6. Sweepstakes open to United States residents only.
Employees, officers, and directors of GBN and their immediate families are not
eligible. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited, and is subject to federal,
state, local and provincial laws and regulations.
7. By entering, entrants agree that GBN and its
directors, officers and employees are not liable for any injury, loss or damage
that may occur, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance of any prize or
participation in the sweepstakes. Prizes cannot be substituted, exchanged,
transferred or redeemed for cash.
8. By entering, entrants consent to the use of
entrant’s name, likeness and oral/written statements in any and all advertising
and promotional materials relating to this or similar promotions, which may be
offered by GBN. Winners (and their parent/guardian, if a minor) will be
required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release.
Failure to comply with all rules shall result in the immediate forfeiture of
the prize(s).
9. Any applicable taxes on prizes are the
responsibility of the respective winners.
